8. Uses various multimedia & resources according to lesson plans
9. Assess developmental needs of children as well as works to incorporate individual students learning, physical emotional needs
10. Help to maintain accurate as well as timely educational assessments progress portfolios and recording progress for all students assigned
11. Help to maintain ratios at all times, keeps attendance records of children throughout the day
12. Understand accountability for being a mandated reporter
13. Maintain a safe, clean as well as healthy environment follows licensing standards
14. Communicate frequently as well as respectfully with children directly, in child-friendly tones on their level
15. Ensure classroom management by setting directions
16. Encourage students positive self-image supports individuality, independence, and also creative expression
17. Implement recommendations from quality assurance process
18 . Participate in school safety standards and advice management time to time proactively. Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning

We are looking for Computer Operator in Back Office, Maintain Data on our google drive applications (documents, sheets, forms) within the organization, as he will be operating with delicate information. He will also do filing, copying, and Print Document as required.
